Forever Hounds Trust (FHT) is a greyhound rescue charity in England and Wales independent of the greyhound racing industry. We are dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of unwanted, abused or abandoned greyhounds and lurchers.
We are passionate about leading the way in hound welfare and rehoming practice. Our trustees, staff and volunteers are dedicated to giving rescued hounds the best possible future and campaigning for an end to their abuse. We are looking for new trustees to support us in increasing the charity’s impact. You would be able to commit to regular meetings, mostly online, work on projects outside of meetings, and be a great team player, listener and strategic thinker.
We are particularly interested to hear from people skilled in strategic communications, marketing and PR and previous charity board experience but if you have a passion for sighthound welfare, share our anti-racing position and have skills and experience to help then please get in touch.
