Ashur is a lovely large gent, he’s a wonderful soul to be around. Though he’s no longer a spring chicken at approximately 6, he has a definite spring in his step, he bounces around when his lead and harness comes out and skippy hops out for his walk. Once out and about Ashur walks well on the lead, but is still very interested in wildlife and cats.

Ashur loves:

• Loooong fusses, especially behind the ears
• Walks, Ashur likes to explore new places
• Time with houndy friends
• People
• Snooping around the garden

Ashur needs:

• A calm home, where people are home most of the time
• A strong handler, Ashur is over 36kg so if he does pull forward he will feel strong
• To live alone or with a large calm dog
• To have plenty of time with his people, he is likely to be able to manage short periods of separation once he is settled.
