Important: Please read our latest COVID guidelines before you apply to adopt this lovely hound.

Five year old Royale is a handsome chap with heaps of potential for the right family. He’s clever, active, loves his treats and is so desperate to please.

Royale would be best suited to dog experienced home as he does have some quirks around toys that will need management and careful training. He would also like his new family to be at home for most of the day. Whilst Royale could live with another large dog, given his issues around toys, it may be best that he is an only dog and have doggy walking friends instead. He walks nicely on the lead, but will need further assistance around some distractions.

Whilst he is a little shy to begin, it doesn’t take Royale long to make friends, however he may be best suited to a quieter household with minimal visitors, or at least consistent visitors, that his new family can help him to feel brave around. Having his own ‘safe zone’ to escape to would benefit him should he need it. He also becomes more confident when he knows what to do, so a home with a consistent routine could help him find his feet!

Once Royale knows you, he’s a big fuss pot and loves nothing more than cosy snuggles and a good neck scratch! Would you like to be the lucky person to cuddle up to our gorgeous blue boy with the very best ears? Get in touch!
