Jonny – Homed

  • Greyhound
  • Male
  • Adult only home (no children)

Jonny is an absolute gent of a greyhound. He travels really well in a crate, as you can see in his photo; he also doesn’t much like the rain so he is all wrapped up for winter even though it is June! He has huge puppy-dog eyes and loves soft chin rubs. He is a very gentle boy but would prefer a quiet life in an adult-only home as he is a little under confident at the moment.

Jonny is social and polite with other sighthounds but is excited to meet small dogs, so he will need a little bit of support in being polite when meeting other breeds of dog. He could live with other dogs pending successful introductions.

Jonny is 3.5 years old and has not long finished racing: he has very fine features and is a very handsome chap. He recently went on a trip out to the local park where he walked around nicely and even manged a snooze in the local coffee shop after cuddles. He still has a lot to learn about the big wide world outside of racing, could you be the person to show it to him?

Calls to our 03000 helpline number cost the same as calling any UK 01 or 02 landline number; please check with your provider for further details. Forever Hounds Trust does not receive any income from calls made to our helpline.
