Join the social walk across uneven terrain for approx. an hour. The walk across the 1000 year old Corfe Common offers spectacular views over the Purbeck area and towards the imposing ruins of Corfe Castle. William the Conqueror began building the Castle in 1086. It was destroyed in 1646 by Parliamentarian forces during the Civil War.
After the walk we go to the dog-friendly ‘Greyhound Inn’ pub for refreshments.
A donation of £2 for the FHT hounds in kennels would be much appreciated.
