Come along and join in this lovely event.  The hall is dog friendly, and we are keeping stalls low so that we can get tables well-spaced out around the hall.
We want to reassure you if you’re coming along that we have put in lots of safety Covid features in place.
We know these times are not easy and many people are concerned. We hope that the measures that we have put in place reassure you and please come along and support us.

1. We are setting up a one-way system
2. Doors and windows will be open on both sides of the room so please wear appropriate clothing
3. we ask you not to pick up items on the stalls but to point out what you would like and you will be served.
4. There will be hand gel for you to use at various points throughout the hall.
5. Please wear a mask when moving around the hall.
6. We will be selling refreshments and light lunch. This can be accessed via a one-way system
7. We will have if the weather is dry tables outside and we hope to put up a couple of marquees also.
8. There will be some tables inside but with distancing for your comfort

Obviously with extra procedures in place things take a little longer. So we thank you for your patience in advance. We look forward to seeing you it’s been a long time.

So, what’s going to be there?  Forever Hounds Trust merchandise which includes dog, human and Christmas gifts! There will be 3 other stalls also and that is it for this year.  Please bring cash and card as some of the stalls only take cash whilst Forever Hounds Trust stand will take both 🙂
We will have refreshments which can be purchased, anyone want to bring a cake for the kitchen that would be very much appreciated thank you.
Please if you can help in the kitchen setting up or taking down it would be appreciated thank you.
WHATS NEEDED IN SOMERSET? We welcome things to be brought along for the kennel dogs:
1.Tinned dog food Chappie is a firm favorite, but any would be appreciated, also any treats you would be happy to add to your shopping trolley when shopping (no raw hide chews). Bags of dried dog food also happily received.
2. Fleece blankets/throws for the kennel dogs as they dry quickly and are warm, also duvet covers (no pillows or duvets thank you)
3. Any items for tombola/raffle etc.
This is such a lovely event and always nice to say hello to a familiar face or meet someone new.  Everyone is welcome.  Look forward to seeing you
*We are sorry but due to giving priority to space in the hall we have all the stalls we are going to have this year. DONT FORGET cash as well as card as most stalls are taking cash only.
