The Halstock village fete, in North Dorset, is a traditional fete and flower show event with all profits going to local and national charities. Forever Hounds Trust hounds will be there to raise awareness for greyhound and lurcher adoption. We will have a stall and a tombola. Come along.
The fete will include, among other things, £100 prize raffle, beer tent, book stall, bric-a-brac, B-B-Q, model railway exhibits, an easy programme quiz with a chance to win a meal for two at The Acorn Inn, Evershot. There will be a silent auction and a model aircraft flying display. Teas, home made cakes and ices. Music from the Julie Lewis Trio and the Yeovil Ukulele Club. There is plenty of free car parking. Admission £1 children under 12 are free. Gates open at 1pm.
