Forever Hounds Trust is seeking an experienced, ambitious, driven and creative person to develop and implement a comprehensive volunteer strategy across the charity and to provide dedicated leadership and support to our volunteer body.
You will bring your expert knowledge of volunteer management, combined with passion and commitment to our cause, to work closely with our volunteer body, staff team and trustees. You will lead and champion volunteering at Forever Hounds Trust, owning and delivering a strategy for all elements of volunteering, and providing support to volunteers across Forever Hounds Trust’s nine regions.
Forever Hounds Trust is the leading charity independent of the racing industry dedicated to the rescue and homing of greyhounds and lurchers. We home around 400 dogs annually, and rely on our network of talented and committed volunteers in order to do so. This role will provide vital support to those volunteers, so that we may ultimately achieve our vision: a day when every greyhound and lurcher is free from risk or need.
