Last week, Forever Hounds Trust suddenly and unexpectedly lost a dear friend in Tim Phillips.
An integral part of the Forever Hounds Trust family, Tim was a huge driving force in our Eastern region, supporting his wife Karen, our Regional Coordinator, in all that she did at events over many years.
Tim was a dedicated volunteer, passionate about greyhounds and lurchers. He spent many hours being an ambassador for Forever Hounds Trust at events, accompanied by his greyhounds Freddie and Lacey, and more recently Kora and Hoolie.
He was a dear friend to us all, but more importantly, he was Karen’s steadfast mainstay for more than 50 years, a devoted father to Tom and adored grandfather to Oliver and Bethany.
RIP Tim, you will be sorely missed by many, not least your friends at Forever Hounds Trust.
