Delivery
For UK delivery, we offer free shipping for orders over £60. Otherwise a flat rate charge of £4.00 applies.
We will normally send your order to you by Royal Mail Tracked 48 within five working days. Please allow for up to 14 days for delivery within the UK. For larger orders, we may ship by courier.
We do not ship internationally at present.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 30 days of receipt, as long as you pay the postage to return the item(s). We recommend that you use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
Products can only be returned if they are in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
Upon receipt of your package, your product(s) will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note you will only be eligible for a refund of the shipping fee if you have notified us within 14 days of receipt of your order that you intend to return it to us or your product is faulty.

For the safest and most reliable delivery, we recommend using Royal Mail for your return. Our unit is located within a shared business complex & Royal Mail is the only service that consistently delivers directly to our door.
