Less than a fortnight into the New Year and we already have our first big vet bill.
Finn is a handsome rough coated lurcher who came to us from a pound after being found straying. He was clearly lame and in some pain, and x-rays have revealed that he needs surgery to repair his cruciate ligament.
At roughly eight years of age, Finn had been in the pound for several months, overlooked until Forever Hounds Trust came along.
We want this lovely boy to find his forever home as soon as possible, but first we need to fix his leg and ensure he isn’t in pain. So, his surgery is booked for next week and with an estimated vet bill of £3,600, plus the additional costs of physiotherapy and hydrotherapy to help him recover, we are appealing for your help.
Anything you can donate to help Finn and the other dogs in our care is very gratefully received. We’re determined that Finn will find his forever home and live out the rest of his days much-loved and pain-free.
We have a fundraiser running for Finn on our Facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/ForeverHoundsTrust/

Many, many thanks for your help.
