We’ve received a lovely update on Coco.
Coco sadly returned to our care after her dad became unwell and was no longer able to look after her. It was a very difficult time for him, and we’re so grateful he made sure she came back safely to us so we could continue finding the best path forward for her.
While she waited for her new home, Coco spent time in a wonderful foster placement, where she was well cared for and given lots of love and stability.
Coco has now been happily homed for a couple of months and is settling beautifully into her new life as reported by her lovely family:
Coco seems to have settled very well – thriving in fact! She is being groomed often and is getting to look a lot sleeker and more like a lurcher. She is also enjoying walks in the local park, as well as round and about on pavements, and thoroughly enjoys being let off, and has even started to sprint across the green occasionally. Next stop the beach. She is a lovely dog, and we are all very happy to be looking after her.
A huge thank you to everyone who helped her along the way – her foster carer, and her new family. Happy tails, Coco!
