Come and join us for our regular twice-monthly walk. It’s a great opportunity to meet other like-minded individuals with a passion for all things 4-legged, long-nosed, and gangly-legged! As well, it’s a great sounding board for new and experienced owners to share tips and tricks as to how to manage some of the quirks of our furry friends!
The walk itself is about a 45-50 minute loop on Stroud common, with plenty of opportunities to cut it short if hound or human alike is feeling tired. The terrain is generally flat, but muddy underfoot when wet. We also ask all dogs to be kept on-lead for the safety of themselves and their owners- the common is a large open space with other dog walkers.
At the end of the walk we also often pop in to The Old Lodge for a hot drink and a bit of a chat!
Non-sighthounds also welcome, we don’t discriminate!
