We love hearing how our adopted hounds are getting on, so were delighted to receive this wonderful update on lurcher Harry who was adopted last year.
We could never have imagined a year ago, how dear little Harry would change our lives. Not only has he transformed our lives but he has, and is still continuing to change into such a confident hound. Harry has grown from being a very shy and timid dog, into a dog who now trusts humans and loves to receive cuddles.
Harry goes to work one day a week which he really enjoys, especially the days when treats are available! Harry shares with the workspace with his friend Oscar; they spend many moments (apart from lying in the chairs sleeping) staring out the window, watching the world go by…..
Apart from Harry’s beds, his favourite place is the garden. He particularly likes the decking where he can survey all areas of the garden whilst relaxing in the sunshine.
We have recently enjoyed our second holiday in the Bordeaux region of France. Harry likes the peace and quiet of the vineyards whilst we enjoy the wine from the vineyards!
We are looking forward to many more adventures together!
