We often get asked if we can accept donations of items for the hounds in our care. We will gratefully receive items on the ‘love to receive’ list below as we can use them at our Centre, and your generous donations help to keep costs down.
Please note, due to capacity issues we currently can’t accept the items crossed through in the list below.
We love to receive:
Lightweight blanketsFleece blanketsSheetsDuvet covers- Dog food
- Dog treats
- Puzzle, maze and slow feeders
- Collars
- Flea/worming treatment
- Dog toys
Dog coats/fleeces/waterproofDog ramps
We cannot use:
- Pillows
- Flannels
- Pillow cases
- Hard plastic dog beds
- Dog bowls
- Cooling mats
- Heavy weight blankets
- Knitted blankets (for use in the kennels)
- Very small /blankets
- Towels
- Harnesses
- Leads
- Rawhide chews
- Soft beds
- Raised feeders
- Old muzzles

- To check whether we can accept any items not on any of these lists.
- To enquire if items can be delivered to us in person.
- To enquire whether items too big to post can be transported to us.
