Petition re licensing of Rescues

You may be aware of the horrors that have been unfolding at a self-proclaimed ‘Rescue’ in Basildon Essex. The situation is currently being investigated by the Police, RSCPA and the local council. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c7v7dzrr0pgo

The Association of Dogs and Cats homes (ADCH), of which Forever Hounds Trust are proud members, has been lobbying Governments in the UK and Ireland for mandatory licensing of rescues for the past eight years. To date only Scotland has enacted licensing

This current situation has highlighted the need that this issue needs far more urgency and hence we would strongly encourage you to sign the petition asking Parliament to debate this issue: https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/718660
