How we use your data
When you request information from Forever Hounds Trust, home a dog, sign up to any of publications or membership schemes, or buy goods from us, Forever Hounds Trust obtains information about you.
We have a legal duty under the General Data Protection Regulations to ensure that all data we hold is accurate, adequate and relevant.
We will store your details securely on our in-house computer system, and we train our relevant staff and volunteers in handling that information securely. We will use your details only within Forever Hounds Trust and our service providers, and will never pass on or sell your details to third parties. We will not share your data with anyone for marketing purposes and you will not receive offers from other organisations as a result of giving your details to us.
Whenever we collect information from you, we will make it clear what detail is required in order to provide you with the information, service or goods you require.
Most of our services are delivered through our regional teams. We may pass your contact details to your local region, so that they can let you know what activities are available in your area. If you have signed up to other services we will also pass your details to the team providing that service. Forever Hounds Trust, its staff or volunteers, may hold additional information about your participation in local activities.

Privacy Policy for the Forever Hounds Trust Shop
Forever Hounds Trust does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. They are also used after you have logged in as part of the account process. All payment transactions take place between the customer and our payment gateways (Sagepay and Paypal). Credit card numbers are not entered onto the Forever Hounds Trust website.
Complaints Procedure
Forever Hounds Trust is registered with the Fundraising Regulator. The Regulator investigates complaints about fundraising which cannot be resolved by the charity itself. Registration with the Regulator means that Forever Hounds Trust is bound to comply with the Code of Fundraising Practice.
