It’s National Puppy Day, and did you know even puppies can find themselves in rescue?
Here at Forever Hounds Trust, we have rescued many puppies over the years. Whether they’ve been found abandoned as they were an accidental litter, an expectant mum arrives in our care, or relinquished by their owner as they can’t care for them, we’ve had to deal with the pitter-patter of tiny paws on many occasions!

Pictured are Simba and Narla, two 4 month old lurcher pups that arrived into our care last year. As you can imagine, puppies need a specific level of care, whether in kennels or foster, and that doesn’t come cheap. You can help us look after some of our littlest hounds by purchasing a puppy care pack as a virtual gift – a ‘birthday gift’ for that special someone is a ‘gift of life’ for a puppy in need.
To mark National Puppy Day, these packs are just just £5. What’s £5 to help save a puppy’s life? You can purchase one below.
Simba and Narla (now Rue) are now happily homed; if you haven’t seen our fabulous updates on Rue and want a smile today, click HERE.
