As a responsible Rescue, we eliminate the risk of any dog we home creating more of an issue in the world of rescue by neutering them before they are adopted. In the rare instance this can’t be done (too young/in season/not well enough etc), it is written into the adoption contract that the adopter will ensure the dog is neutered at an appropriate point in the future.
Therefore, we are not only rescuing that dog, but we are preventing their potential offspring having to be rescued too.
