Because Life Doesn’t Always Go to Plan

At Forever Hounds Trust, we make a promise – a promise to be there for all our hounds.  But life can be unpredictable. Even the most devoted owners face circumstances that prevent them from caring for their beloved companions. That’s when we step in – because of you.

We don’t just rescue, rehabilitate and home greyhounds and lurchers in need. We commit to them for life. And thanks to your support, we are always here when they need us most.

Dolly and Keef came to us after their owner was involved in a serious accident. Keef, a gentle soul, was adopted years ago. When his canine companion passed away, Dolly joined the family and brought joy back into his life. But when their owner was seriously injured in a car accident, both hounds suddenly needed a safe place, and we were there.

Belle was living her best life, exploring the waterways of the UK on a canal boat with her family.  But when a serious illness struck, everything changed. Her family could no longer give her the care she needed. Once again, we were there.

Now Keef, Dolly, and Belle are safe with us. They have been cared for and lovingly reassessed and are waiting to find new forever homes. Your support through our Summer Appeal will help them – and many more hounds like them to get that second, or even third chance of happiness.
