Here are a few ways we can show kindness to ourselves and our dogs today:

- Take a break when you need it. Rest is productive too!
- Speak kindly to yourself—replace negative thoughts with affirmations.
- Do something you love, whether it’s reading, dancing, or just relaxing in nature.

- Take your dog for an extra-long walk or their favourite park trip.
- Treat them to a fun play session or some healthy treats.
- Spend quality time bonding—our dogs give us unconditional love every day, so let’s show them we appreciate it!
