We had a very special visitor at our Centre for Homing and Welfare in Devon! TV Gardener Frances Tophill joined us to chat about an exciting new project for the outside space at the Centre. Watch this space for more exciting news coming soon!
While Frances was with us she met some of the dogs currently waiting for a forever home. Victor, pictured, very much enjoyed some ear scratches!
